  3.         CBV was originally written in C by Geoff Shepherd.  Development
  4. began in February, 1989.  Several months were tied up in EXTENSIVE
  5. beta-testing, and the first version was finally released in May of 1989.
  6. CBV is an external program for QuickBBS version 2.x by Adam Hudson, and the
  7. QuickBBS Group.
